Executive everywhere use their smart phones for their personal life as much as their work – and yet the IT department is expected to support them? Smart Phones are giving IT pros everywhere a massive headache. In the medical field, smart phones would seem to be a security nightmare, since breaking into them are so much easier. And if we are trying to move toward desktop virtualization and centralized applications control, how can a phone come in to play?
As TechRepublic stated in an article just prior to the New Year, IT Certifications “bolster resumes, encourage higher salaries, and assist in job retention.” Some may help more than others, however.
